Hi, I need a copy of the aircon manuel which we inherited when we purchased our home. rather old, but still in working order. however I don't seem to understand how to open the remote which says takes AAA batteries. I have unscrewed the one single tiny screw but it will not come apart and the screen shows no visual aid, however unit switches on/off.
