After power outage we have a red light flashing on...

After power outage we have a red light flashing on control panel on the wall and red light on the control panel of the outside unit. Unit is running but outside fan is not running and is not cooling house./

0 I have searched every way I can to find out how to progam my York affinity air conditioner. I have found NO helpful sites to help!!!
