What is bobbin tension setting for machine White 2...

What is bobbin tension setting for machine White 2037 ? I had my machine out and I locked it but someone turned the dial for the bobbin tension and it does not seem right. It is at zero is that correct? The stitches seem tiny do not know what I am doing wrong.
