Please help find the manual for this White Sewing Machine...

Hi, the friend gave me this machine and I don't have Manual. I have few questions: The bottom tread is not tide, how do I make it tide? Does this machine do zig-zag? there are few additional steps in tool box. How do I use them ( I suppose one is for double needle)? Thanks
