Question About White Sewing Machine 3100
My thread won't pick up the bobbin thread to load ...

My thread won't pick up the bobbin thread to load the machine. It just goes down, then comes up empty. Nothing is happening with the bobbin when I took the plate off. It's not spinning the bobbin thread around to grab the top thread.
