Looking for a sewing machine manual for the White 763 sewing machine. I need to know how to use, how to oil the machine and why know on the front of the machine won't turn (high, low,down) What is this for?

0 That knob is to lower or raise the feed dog teeth --which guide the fabric through the machine/needle.
