0 Hi. This is Aaron Moratalla from White Rodgers. Unit not shutting off could mean there is still a demand for it to keep on running. I suggest call our tech line at 800-284-2925 so we can get more information. We are open M-F from 7AM to 2AM CST. And Sat-Sun from 7AM to 4PM CST. Thank you for choosing White Rodgers.
