0 Thank you for your interest with Emerson White Rodgers. My Name is Joselito Laxamana from technical department. To troubleshoot the NO HEAT issue. First thing you need to check is teh system must be on heat mode then raised and lower down the thermostat by 2F in between your set point and the unit should click if not do the reset operation. For further troubleshooting call us directly at 18002842925.
