We have a White Rodgers 1F95-1271 thermostat and it does not work when switched to heat The wiring is: 1) RED Wire to RC with a red jumper from RC to RH 2) Green Wire to G 3) White Wire to W/E 4) Yellow Wire to Y Cooling mode works fine but not heat.
