We have a 1F81-261 which looks just like your 1F83-261. We have changed batteries and have turn the system off. We push the up and down buttons at the same time and nothing happens. We are unable to reprogram and when we turn it back on we ask it to bring the heat p to 75 and it will only bring the heat up a small amount and no more!!! Is it broken?
