I have a thermostat on a infrared heater that is not working right. It only gives me a 5 degree range from whatever the temperature is presently. If I try to lower it or raise it above 5 degrees, it springs back. Also it's off 10 degrees. Here is a picture of it. I don't know the model number. Thank you, Martha

0 I forgot to add that this is on a brand new heater that I received yesterday. If we were to set the thermostat at our desired temperature, we would have to tape the lever to keep it from springing back. on the link below, it's part number: 10-190-R
