Question About White Rodgers Thermostat 1E78-140
need manual...

I live in an apartment, but the A/C just keeps running and running, it blew the circuit breaker today, Personally I think the whole system needs to be replaced, but... like I said I only rent and of course pay Giant bills. Please if you can help with a manual I would be so greatful.
