My thermostat is a White rodgers Emerson F186-0244...

My thermostat is a White rodgers Emerson F186-0244 1H!C, I need to know where the cooling setting is. It has Cool Off then a curve which says cool, which is correct setting for cooling, it is confusing. Thanks
