My thermestate told me I had low batery. By the time I got bateries there was no display. So I replaced bateries and the heat or cold will not turn on. The fan with come on if you turn it on ON . The screen says 71 62 with a flame under 62

0 Hi. This is Aaron Moratalla from White Rodgers. Based on 71 62 with a flame under 62 it tells me that there is no call for Heat. Push the up arrow and set from 62 to 75 or any temperature that is 2 degress higher than the temperature in the left side of the screen. This way, Heat should turn on. f this doesn't work please call our Tech Support at 800-284-2925.
