My heat pump raises to 70 in the middle of the nig...

My heat pump raises to 70 in the middle of the night?????This just started happening... I have it set on Hold and adjust the temp up or down a couple degrees throughout the day but the last 2nights i have woken to a 70 setting. I try to keep it around 64 to 66. Can someone help me out with this.....it is baffling Thankx
