Question About White Rodgers Thermostat 1F58-72
Meaning of Blinking Snowflake on Display...

I can't find my manual and need to know what it means when the snowflake on the display is blinking. It's 90 degrees outside and the a/c isn't working. Is it something I can fix or do I need a tech to come to my home? Thanks!
