For whatever reason, the thermostat seems to be shutting off and resetting itself. When we set the temp, it will run for a while then the screen will fade and reboot with the time back to 12:00 and the temp set at 65. I thought it was the batteries so I changed them, didnt work, so I removed them all together to run off the house electricity and it still is happening. what could be causing this?
