It is 64 degrees in the house and I'm trying to get the heat to come on and stay on. How do I do this?

1 Assuming that the thermostat is working correctly, there should be a switch that says ON/AUTO. Selecting ON would make it run continuously and AUTO would make it turn on only when the temp drops below that which you select. This button could also be a selection for fan.
