Is it possible to get an electronic copy of the manual for the White Rodgers Thermostat IF78. We have just moved into our home which has the above thermostat. If I am reading it correctly, the first number in the window reads 79 and the second number is 68 with a star underneath. However, I feel no air conditioning circulating in the home. What could be wrong? Please advise. Thank you, Tina
