I have a White Rodgers Thermostat 1F94W:71. This morning it was blinking faster than normal and the temp setting was changing on its own. (it was in the hold mode at this time). I removed the unit from the base removed the battery & checked battery (battery is ok) The temp dropped to 40 for both heating & cooling. Even if I reset temp it starts changing on its own, Option switches are 1,2,3 OFF 4 On.
