I have a White Rodgers 0951t thermostat, and recently, when attempting to run the Fan with the temp control set to "off" (not cool or heat) it turns the A/C on. I used to be able to run the Fan without heat or A/C, but now the A/C comes on and refuses to go off, when temp control is set to off. What would have caused this?
