I have a programable White-Rodgers theomostat. I believe that it is a 9836K E5. I just replaced the batteries. I can not get the hold to be cancelled. I press run program, but it does not cancel the hold. I am not sure there is any program to be run. I want to put in a program. Any suggestions?
