I have a model 1e56w-309 thermostat. I have it set at 20 degrees C but the furnace does not go on until the temp drops to about 16 degrees. By then the house is cold. This happens during the day. By evening the furnace has started and the temp is back up. I can't seem to get the furnace to go on during the day to maintain 20 degrees C. Why is this happening? Thanks
