I bought a home 7 years ago. I have the 1F80-261 White-Rodgers Thermostat. Trouble is in winter, my children and I are ALWAYS cold. The heat doesnt seem to go above 63...NO MATTER WHAT I DO. I hit run, change the temperature. It does not move. I try to reprogram but it does not change from original settings. Heat comes on at 6a.m, then 6 pm, then 9 pm only for about 20 minutes. What am I doing wrong? Help!
