0 Thank you for your interest with Emerson White Rodgers. My Name is Joselito Laxamana from technical department. The thermostat must be in cool mode and the fan in auto position. Then press the PRGM and RUN buttons at the same time. You will be inside the configuration the first configuration you will see there three zeros, press the HOLD button four times then you see filter set that timer to zero usingthe DOWN temp button.
