how do i reset my model 1F 88290 . can I reach yo...

how do i reset my model 1F 88290 . can I reach you on phone/ I set thermostat to heat mode and set the temperature at 71 and pressed hold. Room temperature shows 68 but no hot air is coming through althogh the furnace seems to be working. Ken
