How do I change the batteries in the White-Rodgers...

How do I change the batteries in the White-Rodgers 1 F78 Thermostat? It says LoBatt but I cannot figure out how to get the faceplate off to even find the batteries within to determine how many and what type need to be put in. I can be reached at nancyss@optonline.net or 973-960-1602
