Question About White Rodgers Thermostat 1F80-224
display screen is blank even after replacing batte...

display screen is blank even after replacing batteries. Tested the batteries in place and they are fully charged but LCD display screen is not displaying anything and can't turn on furnace

0 got the manual and found the troubleshooting but pressing Time and Up Down arrows at the same time didn't do anything. Used my volt meter and I do have fully charged batteries properly installed as well as current coming in from the furnace as well so I guess this must have shorted out.
