hello my thermastat is tuck on 16 degrees. i need to know how to fix it. thanks.

0 Hi my thermostat has stuck on 17 degrees. It's not going up when I turn my thermostat up it turns fan up but it gives us cool air not hot n the temperature stays at 17 degrees all the time so can u plz suggest me what could go wrong with it n I forgot to mention my thermostat model no. It's 1e78-140. So if u can reply me ASAP that will be great thanks in advance
