0 Hi. This is Aaron Moratalla from White Rodgers. try to reset the stat by setting system to heat or cool then press the Up arrow, Down rrow and Time button simultaneously for 2 sec. The screen should blank out momentarily. when the figures go back it shoud allow you to use it manually. at this point do not press any button below the screen just set the temp you want and let it run.
