I have a Nordyne/Westinghouse AC/Heat Pump and it has an issue in Cool mode where heat comes out of the vents when the AC is idle. Not sure if this is an issue with the White Rodgers 1f82-261 Thermostat or with the Heat Pump it self. It's almost like the unit is stuck on Emergency heat mode no matter what else is running or not running. Please help if you have any experience with this problem and know the cause and solution.
