0 Help I have an intermittent problem sometimes this furnace will lite and work fine others it will lock out and flash 7 times. my question is when I repower the unit and call for heat when the exhaust fan turns on a relay will click over by the rodgers 50A50-241 controler and it will work fine but when you call for heat and the relay chatters a couple times it won't lite? and it won't give me the 24 volts needed to open the valve. where the heck is the relay and what might be causing it not to lock up? I have checked all the safety snaps and checked the exhaust presure switch. I can't find a manual for this controler any Ideas. Thanks for any Ideas I keep thinking its a bad connection but cant seem to find one???
