I need to rephrase that previous question- its NOT...

I need to rephrase that previous question- its NOT the fan, outside unit, that is OFF AC thermostat reads OFF however--the inside airhandler (?) inside closet DOES NOT STOP RUNNING??!!! WHY?? its been 3 days??
