Purchased our unit about 3 to 4 months ago and seemed to worked great until about a month ago when it just stopped softening. we waited about a week to see if it would regenerate and start softening again but we had to manually regen.. Then after that we had our silky feeling water back. That only lasted a souple weeks and now it has stopped again. In the manual there are no troubleshooting answers about anything. So now I have turned to trying to find a solution on the internet. Need Help!
