Question About Whirlpool Water System WHES30
Salt storage tank fills with water...

I've had this unit for a couple of years and it' started to fill the salt storage tank with water and there's no more soft water. Anyone got an idea why it's doing this and what I can do to correct it? Thanks

0 I just had this problem. I found that the drain tube was frozen and would not let the unit back flush.
