Barely getting to use any of cold water volume. I barely crack cold water spigot and it cools water to perfect shower temperature. Hot water spigot turned on full blast. My old hot water tank I could turn both spigots on full blast and have perfect shower temperature and more volume. Now I barely use the cold?
