My range/oven has stopped working: all burners do ...

My range/oven has stopped working: all burners do not heat up, the oven does not heat up, and the display has also stopped working along with all the buttons. However, when I turn any of the burner controls, the "Cook top on" light comes on and the display works again, but then stops when I turn it off.
