I bought my Whirlpool dehumidifier AD50USV Feb 1, 2009. To date there has been no water collected. Humidity in the bathroom on a reader that I had registers at 30 degrees. The humidifier runs non-stop which I think is the fan. I set it at the humidity "dry" cycle. Does this not go against the energy saving feature and burn a lot of electricity since it runs continuously? Is it supposed to be that way? Also, what is the "continuous run" cycle for and when do I use this cycle? Thank you so much for your help.
