My Whirlpool dehumidifier isn't pulling water. I've cleaned the filter, turned it off for a couple of hours and tried again, unplugged it for a couple of hours and tried again -- nothing. Dry bucket. It's 80% humidity outside and my basement is taking a beating, please help! I have no manual.
