Hi we have a 2yr old whirlpool gold dehumidifier that wont collect water ....the fan runs but it does not collect and the basement is very cold and damp...my daughters is picking up a bucket a day so know for sure we need help...We cant find the manual or the receipt unfortunatley because it has a 5yr warranty. Can you please send the manual if you have it...we think the model number is VK0050...the serial number is NQD4RSA3514...or do you have any solutions that you could email to treas@sympatico.ca
