5 I have had this air conditoner for about 5 years, purchased it new at Lowes. For the last 3 years in a row I have had to pull this big air conditioner out of the window at least twice per summer and try to oil the arbor of the fan motor, ( THERE ARE NO OIL PORTS! ) Well... it finally gave up the ghost. ( IT SHOULD HAVE LASTED LONGER!!! ) Unsatisfied.
