Power surge stopped unit from functioning . Compre...

Power surge stopped unit from functioning . Compressor makes humming noise when on but nothing else works. Does this unit have a reset button or fuse or is it most likely the capacitor ? Whatever the problem what should I take a part to got to most likely cause? Thanks.
