I see no weep hole in the back...isn't there suppo...

I see no weep hole in the back...isn't there supposed to be one? I don't know if it is related or not, but sometime after an hour or so, I found that the unit was not blowing cold...adjusting the temperature knob seemed to bring it back on ( although not icy cold). Ambient air temperature was nowhere near shut off limit of 88 deg.

0 Correction: shut down limit should have read 66 deg not 88 deg.
