Hi My name is Terri and I just moved into an Apartment at Fieldcrest Apartment at 1301 Allwardt Street in Watertown WI 53098 owned by Wright Weber Management and we have a whirpool A/C with remove and we need a owner guide on how to program it. Also why does the temp not go lower than 66 degrees
