When i turn on the unit the coils cool the compressor comes on but the fan moves very very slowly, so slow that you have to stare art it to notice it moving. I have tried to manually just start it (turn the fan by hand till it catches and runs on it's own) but after running for a while it quits again, now it don't work to manually turn it. I need to know if there is anything i can do to fix this problem with out having to fork out the money to have it repaired.
