Controls do not work. Unit will run in cool mode with fan on high and sleep mode on. But, none of the buttons will respond to change fan, temp, power, etc. I have reset and unplugged the unit from the outlet. But, when it comes back on, same problem. How do I fix this? I have a neuromuscular disease that is effected by heat. And, I live in central Alabama. I desperately need this a/c to work. Please help with any advice. Thank you!
