Question About Whirlpool Air Conditioner None
air conditioner motor slowly turns but won't start...

I have a whirlpool acq254xz0 24000 btu a/c and the motor make a lot of noise and slowly turns but will not start. Oiled the motor, it turns but it didn't make a difference. What to try next?
