Question About Westinghouse Vacuum Cleaner WST1600A
Need Manual WST 1600A...

I bought my Westinghouse Unplugged (WST 1600A) from a yard sale, without a manual. The charger sounds like it's working but I'm not sure which buttons to push to start the vacuum. I need a manual. Please help!
