IS PRODUCT P468W STILL AVAILABLE AND IF NOT WHAT YEAR IS THIS MODEL. I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY A FURNACE MECHANIC THAT IT IS LEAKING AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THE ONLY THING THAT SEEMS TO TO GIVE A DATE IS-BOILER-68 (IS THAT THE DATE OF YEAR 1968) THANK YOU GERALD SULLIVAN
