Old house, moderately new Weil-McLain boiler, "Ult...

Old house, moderately new Weil-McLain boiler, "Ultra PHD"; installed before 9-17-08. Looks like the Series 1 model by the appearance of the controls. I'd like to get the manual, but I don't even know how to open the jacket. An error code came up "E O2" flashing on display. How do I determine the model no.?
